Mr. Khaled Abou El Houda is an Attorney-at-law registered with the Bar Association of Senegal since 1999. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille in France and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance.

Mr. Houda is recognized as an arbitrator at the Court of Justice and Arbitration of Abidjan and at the Center of Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation of Dakar.

Mr. Houda is an excellent business law practitioner who has developed a proven and recognized expertise in banking, finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing of major infrastructure, energy,mining and oil and gas projects.

Due to his linguistic (fluent in French, English and Arabic) and multi-cultural aptitudes, Mr. Khaled Abou El Houda has been able to accompany clients from various African countries (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Guinea Conakry , Guinea Bissau, Burkina Faso, Benin, Niger, Togo), Europe (United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands), Asia (India, United Arab Emirates, China) and Oceania (Australia).

His qualities earned him the recognition of "Chambers Global" and "WHO's WHO LEGAL".
